Lorri Gallo Rowe, of Fruitland Park, Florida, passed away on September 18, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Lorri was born on February 19, 1957, in Brooklyn, New York, to Robert and Dolores Gallo. Throughout her childhood, Lorri and her family moved frequently, living in New York, New Jersey, Wisconsin, and eventually Connecticut. She attended Ridgefield High School in Ridgefield, Connecticut, graduating in 1975. After high school, she attended Central Connecticut State University for several years.

Throughout her adult life, Lorri worked as a bookkeeper at several car dealerships in Connecticut and New York. She spent more than 20 years as a bookkeeper for Pamby Motors in Ridgefield, Connecticut, until her retirement in December 2022.

After retiring, Lorri moved to Fruitland Park, Florida, where she quickly became an active and beloved member of her community. She helped teach water aerobics, served as the treasurer of her social club, played bingo, and participated in a bowling league. She enjoyed countless game nights with her “peeps” at her home and was a proud member of WTF (Wine Tasting Friends). She also loved attending concerts with friends.

In recent years, Lorri began exploring her spiritual side and started attending church. She loved the ocean, playing mahjong and other games, spending time on her iPad, and, most of all, being surrounded by her family and friends. Lorri had a wonderful ability to find joy in the simple things and created many cherished memories with the people she loved.

Lorri is survived by her two children, Apryl Henry and Albert W. Rowe IV; her father, Robert Gallo and step-mother Patrica Gallo; her sisters, Barbara “Bobbi” Carroll and Robin Blasi; her brother, John Gallo; and her former husband, Albert W. Rowe III. She is also survived by her six granddaughters, Kiera Henry, Caroline Henry, Ariene Rowe, Adelie Rowe, Anistastia Rowe, and Avari Rowe.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dolores Gallo, and her two grandchildren, Emma Henry and Albert W. Rowe V.

A celebration of Lorri’s life will be held later this fall in North Carolina. The date and location are still being determined. Family and friends are warmly welcome to join together to remember Lorri, share stories, and celebrate the life she lived. Family will notify loved ones once arrangements for the celebration of life have been finalized.

Lorri will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.
