Linda Gail Castellano
Linda Gail Castellano, long-time resident of Tampa, Madeira Beach and Bushnell, FL passed away on August 29th, 2021 at the age of 68.
Linda was known for her dedication to her children, to her family and for her unwavering commitment to serving others both personally and professionally. Linda exemplified what it meant to be “a lady”; this was the consensus and was shared by all who knew her.
Linda was born in Roswell, New Mexico in December of 1952 but resided in Tampa, FL the great majority of her life. A graduate of Leto High School, Linda spent her career as an accounting supervisor but also held positions in the private auditing sector and property management. Linda excelled in each of her diversified job positions and was always known as “the boss”.
Linda is survived by her sons Kenneth J. Castellano II and Kristopher Thomas Castellano, her sister Vickie Grillo, niece Brandy Grillo and her two grandchildren, Nickolas Alexander Castellano and Bianca Castellano. She is also survived by numerous cousins and lifetime friends.
Although Linda’s life came to an abrupt end, her legacy and memory will forever be within our hearts and our minds will never let us forget this wonderful, talented, multi-tasking, stunningly fashionable jewel of a woman.
Funeral services will be held on October 2nd, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. at The Lighthouse Baptist Church of Tampa, located at 2903 East Sligh Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610. A meal prepared by the family will follow afterwards. Flowers can be sent directly to the church and donations can be sent to 8271 West County Road 48 Lot #318, addressed to Kenneth J. Castellano II.
