
Dean Edward Pringle
Dean Edward Pringle, 64, passed away peacefully November 18, 2025, at home with his loving wife of 38 years, Sheila and his son Bradley by his side.
Dean was born August 8,1961, in Wilmington, OH and grew up in Newtonsville, OH. He graduated from Clermont Northeastern High School in 1979.
Dean earned an associate’s degree in AU-Robotics and A.M.M. from Southern Ohio College in Cincinnati OH and worked as an Electrical Design Engineer-Power Generation for 41 years. As his career unfolded, Dean worked with a myriad of teams on many interesting projects, one of which was designing the control panel of the bakery conveyor in Russia’s first McDonalds.
Dean enjoyed tennis, golf, bowling, softball, and building and racing cars and trucks. He also loved driving his custom built golf cart around The Villages, FL where he and Sheila moved to in 2022.
Dean was a big fan of the UC Bearcats, Cincinnati Bengals, and Cincinnati Reds. He also enjoyed watching The Andy Griffith Show and became a member of The Andy Griffith Show Rerun Watchers Club years ago.
Dean is survived by his wife Sheila Rae (Williams) Pringle. He is also survived by his son Bradley Edward (Beth) Pringle of Bellevue KY.
He is further survived by his brothers Dale (Kathy) Pringle of The Villages FL, Joseph Pringle of Williamsburg, OH and James (Jessica) Pringle of Georgetown, OH. Also survived by beloved in-laws Woody and Judy Williams as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents Maynard Edward and Janet Belle (Metzger) Pringle.
Dean leaves behind a legacy of genuine human decency that will not be forgotten. There are rare occasions in life when a person meets a truly authentic soul, generous and always kind. He was the kind of man who would help whoever he could, whenever he could.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Dean at a later date in Ohio.
