Carole Lynn Trimboli

Carole Lynn (Munson) Trimboli got her wings and went to walk with the Angels on February 22, 2022. She is reunited with her mom Ingeborg McGrath; Stepdad James McGrath Sr., and brothers Richard Munson, Lance Munson and Bruce Munson.

Carole was born on February 16, 1949, in Rahway, N.J. She lived first in Rahway and then in Forked River, N.J., until she was 17. She subsequently lived in many places in her life, including both Brooklyn and Queens, N.Y.; China Grove, N.C.; Surf City, N.J. (her favorite); Walls, Miss.; and Fruitland Park, Florida.

She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Therkelsen (and husband Jim); Son Paul Trimboli; Grandchildren Kurtis Therkelsen (and wife Bernadette), Kevin Therkelsen (and husband Mike) and Karly Poulillo (and husband Frank); Great-grandson Danny Therkelsen; Brother James McGrath Jr.; Sister-in-law Betty Lou Munson; and many nieces and nephews.

Carole worked in banking for years in Surf City, where in her free time she loved to sit on a bench by the beach and smell the fresh ocean air and watch the constant waves. Later, she was a casino dealer in Mississippi before moving to Florida to work in retail.

She loved her family so much! Her favorite thing was to hear about her grandchildren (and great-grandson) and all their accomplishments and fun activities.

We know she is having a party in heaven with her mom and brothers. She is watching over us as a Guardian Angel. We love her so much and are blessed to have her in our lives.
