Lillian “Lil” Elizabeth Blomlie

She is survived by her children, Tim Blomlie (Jackie), Desi Leibfried (Matt), and Brien Weidemiller (Amanda); her beloved grandchildren, Timmy, Brittany, Conner, Allison, Dylan, Sophia, and Elijah; and her great-grands, Brayden, Weston, Ashton, and Marceline.

Lil was preceded in death by loved ones who welcomed her home with open arms.

Lil had a deep love for horses, animals, and the quiet peace of the outdoors. She was a longtime dedicated professional with the Humane Society of Marion County, where she served as an Animal Cruelty Investigator, driven by a lifelong passion for protecting animals and serving her community.

She found joy in simple moments, spending time at the beach or being surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She had a caring heart and was very special to those who knew her. Above all, Lil loved her family deeply and cherished every moment she spent with them.

A funeral service will be held at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church Chapel on February 7th at 10:00 a.m.

May she rest in God’s loving embrace, reunited with those who went before her, and forever at peace.
