David F. Klemka

David F. Klemka, 69, of Ocklawaha, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on January 5, 2026.

David was born on December 15, 1956, in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, to the late Francis Klemka and Alice (Barr) Klemka. He later made his home in Ocklawaha, Florida.

David served in the United States Navy for several years in the mid 70’s.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Klemka, of Ocklawaha. He was a loving father to his son, Josh, and daughter, Miranda. David was a proud grandfather to Gracie, Steven, Jessenia, Josh Jr., and Julie, and step-grandfather to Erik, Jessica, Morgan, Lauren, Erika, and Nicole. He was also a step–great-grandfather to Ellie, Alia, and Noah.

David is survived by his siblings, Glenn, Charles, and Jerry, all of Florida, and his sister, Cindy Klemka, of Phillipsburg, New Jersey. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Klemka.

In addition, David is survived by his stepdaughters, Azari Ford, Eileen Rape, and Sharon Reichel, along with many extended family members and loved ones.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Coast to Coast Cremations.
