Nora Helena Suarez Paez of Barranquilla, Colombia passed away on February 18, 2026, in Ocala, Florida. Born of the late Maximillian and Cristina Paez.  Nora is survived by her children Arturo (Nancy) Suarez, Jaime (Jayme) Suarez, Nora (David), Schank and Sofia (Neal) Gottfried. She is also survived by her grandchildren Vanessa, Alexandra, Sam (Jen) and Rebecca Gottfried, Jaime Jr., and Jessica Suarez, Rene (Amy) Cotte, Christina Branch, Emily Schank, and Nicole Disarro.

Nora was known for her love of Music and dancing.Her favorite thing to do was to converse with friends and family, keep up with current events and watch reality TV.  Nora was an avid supporter of Saint Judes children’s hospital.
A celebration of life or memorial celebration will be determined by the family at a later date.
