Laura Jaye Beam

Laura Jaye Beam, 63, passed away on June 2, 2025, in Ocala, Florida. Laura was born on November 12, 1961, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Throughout her life she brought warmth and laughter into the lives of those around her.

Laura was known for her kind heart, loving nature, animated sense of humor and a smile that could brighten any room. She had a genuine gift for listening—truly hearing others with compassion and understanding—making her a cherished presence among friends and family alike.

She found joy in the simple pleasures of life.

A talented macramé artist, Laura created intricate pieces that reflected both patience and creativity. Her love for cooking brought people together around the table, where meals were shared and memories made. Music was another constant in her life—a source of comfort and celebration that accompanied many moments.

Laura is lovingly remembered by her son, Jacob St Pierre,  and wife Carrie; her sister, Yvonne Baker; her brother, Michael Beam and wife Stephanie; and her best friend, Donna Chace. She was preceded in death by her mother, Valerie Giles, and her brother, Shawn Beam.
