Angela Ann Deese Priebe
Angela Ann “Angi” Deese Priebe, 58, of Florida, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2026, at the Ted and Diane Hospice House in Summerfield, Florida. Born on April 16, 1967, in Winter Haven, Florida, Angi was a woman who lived with boundless love, fierce loyalty, and a spirit that could light up any room.
Angi was preceded in death by her parents, James and Bobbie Deese.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Lee Priebe; her son, Michael Deese (fiancée Fallon); her cherished granddaughter, Emma Deese; and three siblings: Jamie Deese (wife Penny), Mary Melson (husband Robert), and Reatha Cornett. She will also be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, and the countless friends whose lives she touched.
From her earliest days, Angi had a deep love for the outdoors and a special bond with animals — horses above all. She was happiest in the open air, with the people and pets she loved close by, and she had a particularly soft spot for rescuing dogs and giving them the loving home they deserved. That same free spirit carried into her adult life, whether she was behind the wheel of her beloved Jeep, Samson, planning her next vacation, or singing along to her favorite 80s music.
But what Angi loved most was her family. She poured herself into them — wholly and without reservation — and that love was never something they had to wonder about. She was a devoted mother, a proud grandmother, a steadfast sister, and a cherished aunt. To those lucky enough to know her, she was simply irreplaceable.
Angi’s legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched, the values she instilled, and the love she gave so freely every single day. Though she will be missed beyond measure, her family finds comfort in knowing she is now whole again and at home in Heaven.
