Howell Winfree II

Howell Lange Winfree II, son of the late Howell Winfree Sr. and Bertha B. Winfree, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025.

He was the devoted husband of Nancy Jean Reichenbacher Winfree, to whom he was married for 67 years. Howell is survived by his loving wife Nancy; sons Howell Lange Winfree III (Donna) and Ross Stevens Winfree (Glenda); grandchildren Howell IV, Travis, Matthew, and Ashley; step-grandchildren Sarah and Ben; and great-grandson Kaiden.

A memorial service will be held at Silver Springs Shores Presbyterian Church on Sunday, July 20, at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Silver Springs Shores Presbyterian Church in Howell’s memory.
